Fee Calculations

Immediately after the Candidate signs the contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the Agency's agency fee.

In line with industry standards, there will be a range from a 30-day and 60-day Delayed Payment Period. After this period the Customer will pay the agency fee to the Agency.

If the candidate leaves or is fired within the Delayed Payment Period, the Agency's claim for the agency fee is dismissed.

Immediately after the Candidate signs the contract with the Customer, the Delayed Payment Period starts counting.

In line with industry standards, there will be a range from 60-day to 120-day Guarantee Period in which the Customer will pay the agency fee to the Agency.

If the candidate leaves or is fired within the Guarantee Period, the Agency will replace the Candidate.

Immediately after the Candidate signs the contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the Agency's agency fee.

We are the first and only Staffing and Recruiting Agency facilitating the payout of the agency fee through an installment model. In line with industry standards, there will be a range from 60-day to 360-day Guarantee Period where the Customer will pay all or some of the installments to the Agency.
Immediately after the Candidate signs the contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the Agency's initial installment as a referral bonus.

1st case scenario


1st Invoice. Serves as a referral fee.
2nd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 60th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.

2nd case scenario


1st Invoice. Serves as a referral fee.
2nd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 60th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
3rd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 90th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.

3rd case scenario


1st Invoice. Serves as a referral fee.
2nd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 60th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
3rd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 90th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
4th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 120th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.

4th case scenario


1st Invoice. Serves as a referral fee.
2nd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 60th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
3rd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 90th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
4th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 120th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
5th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 150th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
6th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 180th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
7th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 210th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
8th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 240th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.

5th case scenario


1st Invoice. Serves as a referral fee.
2nd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 60th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
3rd Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 90th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
4th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 120th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
5th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 150th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
6th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 180th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
7th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 210th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
8th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 240th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
9th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 270th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
10th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 300th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
11th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 330th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
12th Invoice. If the candidate is working on the 360th day this Invoice will be raised. If the candidate leaves or is fired within this period Invoice won't be raised.
