3. Type: One payment after 60 days Guarantee Period – 15% of the annual salary
4. Type: Three payments during 90 days Guarantee Period – 20% of the annual salary

Immediately after the Candidate signs the Employment Contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the Agency Fee.
The Agency Fee is 5% of the annual salary (including base + bonuses).
Example:
Annual salary = 60 000€
60000*0,05=3000
Agency fee = 3 000€
Immediately after the Candidate signs the Employment Contract with the Customer, the Delayed Payment Guarantee Period begins to count.
If the candidate leaves or is fired within the Delayed Payment Guarantee Period, the Agency's claim for the agency fee is dismissed.
If the candidate is working on the 30th day after signing the Employment Contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the Agency Fee.
The Agency Fee is 10% of the annual salary (including base + bonuses).
Example:
Annual salary = 60 000€
60000*0,10=6000
Agency fee = 6 000€

The 1. Payment is paid immediately after the Candidate signs the Employment Contract with the Customer in the amount of a third of the Agency fee.
If the candidate leaves or is fired within 60 days, no other Payment is paid.
If the candidate is working on the 60th day after signing the Employment Contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the 2. Payment in the amount of a third of the Agency fee.
If the candidate leaves or is fired after 60 days but before 90 days, the last Payment is not paid.
If the candidate is working on the 90th day after signing the Employment Contract with the Customer, the Customer must pay the 3. Payment in the amount of a third of the Agency fee.
Example:
Annual salary = 60 000€
60000*0,20=12000
Agency fee = 12 000€
1.Payment = 4000€ (12000/3)
2.Payment = 4000€ (12000/3)
3.Payment = 4000€ (12000/3)
1. Type: Monthly payment on your Payroll – 25% of the provided salary (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
2. Type: Monthly payment on our Payroll – 50% of the provided salary (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
