Our goal is to provide high-quality business development managers. This is not an easy to fill job since the client requires very experienced candidates.
Among many requirements is also a language requirement to be able to use work-proficient language to communicate with foreign partners.
The biggest challenge is to attract candidates with extreme language capabilities, business spirit and leaders willing to step into the process and get the things done.
HOW WE DO
We knew immediately such a large scale of requirements would require us precise executive search ideally on social media since the candidate must be an open communicator.
Such candidates must also have vast management experience which we are very carefully checking during the initial communication with our candidates.
Verification of correct and relevant information listed in a resume is only a small part of the work we must have done before we can process those candidates.
