WHAT WE DO
Our goal is to provide high-quality doctors for privately held clinics, hospitals and retirement homes willing to move to Germany.
Typical requirements are a university degree alongside doctor experience. The biggest struggle is to get candidates who speak german on a minimum conversational level.
The biggest advantage is our search area. We are open to searching for candidates in the whole European Union so we see this as a win-win situation for both sides.
HOW WE DO
At the moment we are still using only job posts to attract candidates from different countries. The biggest struggle is to get candidates from Slovakia.
Once we get the resume we initial call the candidate to go through the resume with him or her. We let the candidate do the talking si we can determine the communication abilities.
Once the candidate passed through the call we ask him for the required documents proving his education. A candidate like this is ready to be sent to our client.
