WHAT WE DO
Our goal is to provide high-quality lower management for the production company. Our main goal was to provide qualified and experienced people.
There were several factors that needed to be evaluated before we could start our work. The most important thing for this position was relevant working experiences.
We knew at the beginning that this will be very tricky to fill because people in those positions must always have self-driven lions also with eagles’ vision for the future.
HOW WE DO
The best way to attract relevant candidates was to write highly attractive job posts or to use the executive search method to get highly experienced managers.
We were very cautious with every single resume due to the requirements for these roles. Working experiences and language qualities were crucial factors for evaluations.
The client wanted to make interviews on their own so we always fulfil this wish and after the initial selection, we only sent the most relevant and experienced candidates.
