WHAT WE DO

Our goal is to provide high-quality sales representatives. Our client wants us to search for some good communicators willing to make a difference.

Since our client is from the marketing industry our candidates must have had some basic marketing knowledge and how the online space works.

Our client wants us to find a person who will do acquisition on a full scale and lead the process until the very end of the contract sign process.

HOW WE DO

Since we knew finding a person fit for requirements will be very hard we choose the job posting method for this to not lose time doing an executive search.

Once we had a candidate we initiated a training process with the candidate to prepare him for the role according to client requirements and company culture.

Specifically, we were very cautious and demanding towards our candidates to teach them communication strategies and pass them acquisition experience.
